N.Y. POST by LEELA DE KRETSER, September 20
EXCERPT: "The Yankee Hall of Famer yesterday settled a $10 million lawsuit against TBS for using his name in an ad to promote reruns of "Sex and the City."
The ad posed a multiple-choice question to viewers: "What is a yogasm?" While the correct answer was option C: what Samantha has with a guy from yoga class, the 80-year-old sports legend objected to answer B: "Sex with Yogi Berra." He filed suit in February asking for $10 million in damages for the unauthorized use of his name."
The payout is reported to be "substantial".

Good old Yogi really knows how to make a buck. Imagine Yogi reading that thing for the first time and yelling "LAWSUIT!" I can almost see the dollar signs in his eyes.
As Casey Sengel once said of him: "He may seem dumb to you, but I tell ya what: they'll never have to hold a benefit for Berra."
